Yuchen Duan

Yuchen brings over eight years of diverse professional experience spanning both the military and finance sectors. Prior to joining XIP, she held several roles at Bank of America, where she gained a broad range of expertise across the Equity Research, Investment Banking, and Sustainability Banking Solutions Groups. As an Investment Banking Associate, Yuchen contributed to M&A and IPO transactions in the industrials sector by delivering rigorous financial analysis and supporting complex deal executions. In the Sustainability Banking Solutions Group, she spearheaded initiatives to integrate ESG principles into core banking operations, reinforcing the firm’s commitment to sustainable finance.

Before launching her finance career, Yuchen served as a Logistics Manager in the U.S. Army in Hawaii. She is currently an MBA candidate at Columbia Business School and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Arkansas State University.
