Will joined XIP with strong institutional investment banking experience in the energy transition industry, having worked with Jefferies’ dedicated energy transition team across multiple subsectors. He played an integral role in the execution of M&A, IPO, and private capital transactions across clean fuels, renewable generation, energy services, and the circular economy.
Will began his career as a summer analyst in Morgan Stanley’s Global Power & Utilities group prior to his graduation from the UCLA, where he studied Business Economics. He holds Series 63 and 79 licenses, and is a Registered Representative of BA Securities, LLC. Member FINRA, SIPC.
