Scott Troeller

Scott is a private equity executive and entrepreneur with over 25 years’ experience acquiring, building, and transforming businesses into industry leaders well-positioned for either public or private expansion. He has completed over 100 acquisitions, divestitures and financing transactions across multiple middle market industries in excess of $10 billion of value. A past chairman and/or board member of over 20 private and public companies, Scott is adept at working with management teams and their investors to drive strategy, growth and successful business outcomes. 


Aaron brings 15 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, and entrepreneurship to XIP, with a focus on critical infrastructure and having arranged or executed more than $15 billion in infrastructure-centric capital opportunities. In addition to serving as private company CFO and Senior Advisor across infrastructure and technology, Aaron also co-founded SMC Infrastructure Partners, where he assembled a team of 12 professionals and secured over $1 billion in capital and financing partnerships.
