Shruti Nayar

Shruti brings a decade of experience across the energy transition, in development, asset management, private capital investing and advisory. Her expertise covers a variety of infrastructure sub-verticals and asset classes, including residential, C&I and utility-scale solar, onshore and offshore wind, geothermal, e-mobility, storage, biomass and large hydro, among others.
Before XIP, Shruti held positions at Green Giraffe Advisory, Sustainable Development Capital LLP, GoldenSet Capital Partners, and GS Power Partners. She is a Chapter Lead of WRISE Boston and was formerly on the Executive Team of YPE NYC. She graduated from the University of Rochester, where she double majored in Economics and Environmental Studies, and holds an Advanced Diploma in Energy Finance from NYU.
Shruti holds Series licenses 63, 79 and 82, and is a Registered Representative of BA Securities, LLC. Member FINRA, SIPC.
