Shruti Nayar
Chief of Staff
Shruti brings 10+ years of experience working with startups and lean teams across energy and infrastructure. She has worked in development, project finance, asset management, and advisory and across a variety of industries, including residential, C&I, and utility-scale solar, wind, storage, EVs, geothermal, and CHP, among others. Prior to XIP, Shruti was an Associate at Green Giraffe Advisory, and previously held roles at Sustainable Development Capital LLP, GoldenSet Capital Partners, and GS Power Partners.
Shruti serves on the Board of Directors for WRISE (Women of Renewable Industries & Sustainable Energy). She received a BA from the University of Rochester, where she double majored in Economics and Environmental Studies, and holds an Advanced Diploma in Energy Finance from NYU SPS.
Shruti holds Series licenses 63, 79 and 82, and is a Registered Representative of BA Securities, LLC. Member FINRA, SIPC.
